  1. Notes regarding FDTN-002

  4. This FrontDoor was written with the fossil driver VFD in mind. Due to SIO
  5. being released FDTN-002 has been amended many times :-) In view of this
  6. what I am doing is enclosing in this FDTN are 3 files:
  7.  
  8. 1) -README.1ST
  9.    The file you are reading.
  10.  
  11. 2) FDTN-002.VFD
  12.    Written especially with VFD FOSSIL driver in mind as this is my FOSSIL
  13.    of choice.
  14.  
  15. 3) FDTN-002.SIO
  16.    Amended settings for VSIO/SIO and X00, there are some that have used
  17.    VSIO/SIO and VFD together, I am not going to attempt to give any
  18.    settings for these due to time restraints and also the fact I am
  19.    committed to using VFD as my sole OS/2 FOSSIL driver, however
  20.    excellent the other/s are. This file is to be used in conjunction with
  21.    FDTN-002.VFD.

  23. The comprehensiveness of FDTN-002.VFD should help you get up and running
  24. as soon as possible. In FDTN-002.SIO I have simply shown the amended
  25. settings for SIO/VSIO and X00. You are not permitted to amend these
  26. Technical Notes without the express permission from John A.H. Barton,
  27. 2:257/168@fidonet, who retains the copyright to them.

  45.    costs, including, but not limited to, any lost profits, lost savings,
  46.    lost income, lost information, loss of the right to use FDTN-002 or
  47.    other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or
  48.    inability to use and/or implement FDTN-002.
